Rental Terms and Conditions
The apartment and the villa are available for rental, and all enquiries about availability and prices should be made to Ian Pilkington at the email address below.
The prices below indicate the approximate rental for the units by month, but there are some exceptional weeks around public holidays that may vary from those below.
Price includes the rental cost, and the departure clean and laundry bill, which is to be charged to the unit’s account on checking out.
All other services reserved (see the list below) are to be settled by you on departure at reception.
